If you are looking for an easy-to-follow ramen cookbook, I would highly recommend Ramen Made Simple by Chris Toy. This book was such a delight to look through. The photography was gorgeous and the info-graphic-like instructions made the recipes easy to comprehend and follow. I liked that the author took the time to include a list of tools needed, conversion charts, and also broke down what Ramen is to the base ingredients so that you can substitute ingredients if you want. There were a large array of recipes, even for those with diet restrictions. What a great little cookbook!
