This book has an amazing repertoire of smoothie options. I was impressed by the diversity of ingredients, and I like that there are so many different flavor profiles. The calorie and nutrition information was super helpful for someone like me, who is on a restricted-calorie diet.
My one warning though is that not every ingredient is going to be readily available at every big box store – so you may have to do a bit of searching to find the more uncommon ingredients like hibiscus flowers or papaya.
