Everyday Healthy Cookbook by Kathy Hodson is a solid choice if you are looking to cook healthier. There are a lot of super-healthy recipes, helpful meal plans, and tips on maintaining healthy eating habits. There is a wide diversity of ingredients used, so you won’t get bored with the food. My only problem with the book is that some of the recipes are a bit “fussy” for my tastes and require ingredients you probably won’t already have on hand – and for non-adventurous eaters, it may be a bit harder to find a recipe you like. That aside, this is a great resource for some new, healthy recipes.
